Privacy

INFORMATION

Client information is collected and stored in accordance with the legal requirements of the:

• National Privacy Principles from the Privacy Act (1988); and

• Health Privacy Principles from the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

Clients will receive a copy of our Privacy Policy and the APS Charter for Clients of APS Psychologists at their appointment. There is also a Consent form which outlines additional information.

All of these documents can be requested at any time by prospective clients or service providers.
